Job Description: Business Development Executive (Pharmaceuticals / Ayurveda / Cosmetics / Nutraceuticals)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, email, networking, and B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).
• Identify and acquire new clients in the Pharmaceuticals, Ayurveda, Cosmetics, and Nutraceutical industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Promote products such as Essential Oils, Cold-Pressed Carrier Oils, and Herbal Extracts.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Keep accurate sales records and update CRM on a regular basis.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer support.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and pipeline reports.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Pharm, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of B2B sales experience in Pharmaceuticals, Ayurveda, Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals, or related industries.
• Good knowledge of Essential Oils, Carrier Oils, Herbal Extracts, or similar products is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and client relationship management.
• Familiarity with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, CRM software, and MS Office.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
