We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Noida Phase-2. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the pharmaceutical, Ayurveda, cosmetic, or nutraceutical industries.
This role demands a proactive sales professional experienced in domestic markets, lead generation, client relationship management, and B2B platform sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Generate qualified leads and build long-term client relationships through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing new client leads.
Handle customer inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Utilize CRM tools, MS Office, and B2B portals such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
Conduct cold calling to reach potential clients and convert leads into business.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance and pipeline reports.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and business development discussions.
Apply product knowledge in Essential Oils, Cold-Pressed Carrier Oils, and Herbal Extracts to support client needs and sales opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in B. Pharma, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
1–3 years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries
Strong understanding of essential oils, carrier oils, and herbal extracts is preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong tele calling and follow-up capabilities
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and professional email communication
